Terms & Conditions
1. Independence from Employers. MCIM is owned and operated solely by Andrew Gould. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any company he is or has been employed by. He will not discuss any employer or any confidential or non-public information. Participation provides no access to, introduction to, or consideration by any such company.
2. No Guarantees. Career guidance only. Not employment, internships, program admission, or any promised outcome.
3. Selection. Applicants are selected at MCIM's discretion and may be declined without explanation. Selection reflects availability and fit, never your ability or potential.
4. Non-Discrimination. MCIM does not consider race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
5. No Placement or Agency Relationship. MCIM is not an employment agency, recruiter, or talent representative. Participation creates no agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship.
6. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice. Consult a licensed professional for those matters.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCIM's liability for any claim related to a session will not exceed the fee paid for it. MCIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
8. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parent or guardian consent.
9. Your Information. It is never sold. Used only to evaluate your application and deliver services. Shared only with the software that runs this business. Disclosed only as required by law, or in a merger, acquisition, or sale.
10. Payment & Cancellation. Fees are due in full at booking. Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows inside 48 hours forfeit the session and the fee. No refunds or credits.
11. No Recording. Neither party may record. This is to give you room to speak openly.
